Krystal Wathen
Principal
Krystal Wathen has been active in the Real Estate for over 20 years. In the past 6.5 years Krystal’s focus with Yardi was to project manage and implement strategic clients on all verticals of the Yardi platform. Prior to Yardi, Krystal worked with REIT and Private Owned Property Management company’s managing property software operations, product support, training, and project management. Her goal for her clients is to provide strategic solutions with optimal results.
Chad Schnuelle
Principal
Chad Schnuelle is a seasoned businessman and a serial entrepreneur. Chad brings to Krystal Clear Consulting (“KCC”) a strong background in business development. He is currently CEO of Refrigerants Inc. (“RI”) an EPA certified refrigerant reclamation business.
In 2007 he identified a means of extending both his market and his impact on the environment through the acquisition of a Denver based reclamation facility. Chad works closely with numerous clients in the property management industry. These clients appreciate the “GREEN” aspects that RI offers www.refrigerantsinc.com As an added value, RI will team together with KCC clients to offer them savings and limiting their used refrigerant liability in the process.
Chad has always taken pride maintaining his clients with the best in “customer satisfaction” and his business integrity has allowed him to overcome any obstacles he has encountered throughout his career.
