A $125M general contracting company had a finance and admin function that couldn't keep up — overtime was high, bottlenecks were slowing the team down, and leadership didn't have reporting they could trust. I reorganized the department structure, implemented financial reporting automation, and built an internal control framework that reduced risk and improved transparency across the organization. A specialty fire protection contractor had grown past the point where informal systems could keep up — but had no real financial reporting or internal controls in place. I built their reporting structure and control framework from scratch.
